Doors is a super short film—a rollercoaster of genres, emotions, and shifting realities where nothing is what it seems. Clocking in at just over a minute, it keeps you on the edge of your seat. B-movie madness or philosophical mind-bender? You decide.
DIRECTOR'S VISION:
After visiting several genre film festivals, I became fascinated by the short film blocks - where audiences sit down with no idea what’s coming. They don’t know the filmmakers, the titles, the tone - within seconds, they’re wondering: What am I watching?
With Doors, I wanted to lean into that confusion. To twist perceptions, play with genre, and take the viewer on a rollercoaster of emotions in just over a minute. I love stories that shift under your feet—where tension, absurdity, fear, and humour can coexist.
Many filmmakers dream of making a feature. But for me, the real challenge was this: can you disorient, entertain, and move people—in 90 seconds?
