Sam, a musical genius grappling with ADHD, finds creativity impossible when he's on his medication. He struggles to find any color in his life and feels drained of his lifeblood, which is creativity. However, due to falling behind on rent payments and accumulating debt, he is required to take his medication to receive grant funding from an organization that assists gifted individuals with ADHD. While on his medicine, he questions taking his life. Ultimately, Sam fails to find a suitable balance and decides to live without his medication, choosing music even if it means severe instability and eviction.
