In this Jewish romantic comedy, Judy is a self-proclaimed "Jew-ish" woman planning her wedding to a non-Jewish man. While at the cake tasting in preparation for her wedding reception, Judy, at the behest of her overbearing mother, tastes a piece of Jewish apple cake.
